Job Description : Hiring: Backend Developer (Node.js / Express.js) Location & Mode: Remote for Sri Lankan candidates (work hours aligned to Gulf Time Zone) Employment: Full-Time, 12-month contract Experience Level: Experienced (46 years) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs Integrate third-party services such as Twilio (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, OTP), payment gateways, Google Pay & Apple Pay Implement authentication, authorization, and API security best practices (JWT, OAuth) Optimize application performance and database interactions Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support Preferred Domain: Hospitality, hotel, cafeteria, or food service industries Job Specification : Must-have: Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js Solid understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous programming Experience building RESTful APIs Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, and API security Experience with Git English communication level: B1+ or above (mandatory) Preferred: AWS, Azure, or GCP MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Microservices architecture CI/CD pipelines Job Rewards and Benefits : Leaves,Medical
