Job Description : About the role Company overview: ICT Distribution focuses on strengthening distribution networks in the APAC region, specializing in enterprise solutions, IT hardware, software and peripherals. Role summary: The Channel Sales Manager will develop, manage, and grow partnerships with channel partners and distributors in Nepal, oversee channel sales activities, drive revenue through the partner ecosystem, and enable partners to promote and sell the company’s products and services. Key responsibilities Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand market presence in Nepal. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners. Drive channel revenue growth and meet sales targets through partners and distributors. Develop and execute channel sales strategies, incentives and programs. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to enable partner success. Monitor and evaluate partner performance and provide coaching and corrective actions. Manage multiple channel projects and partner initiatives simultaneously. Utilize CRM and sales analytics to track opportunities, pipeline and performance. Job Specification : Must-have: Sales and negotiation skills Relationship-building Analytical and problem-solving skills Project management CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) Experience: Proven experience managing and growing channel partnerships (5+ years preferred) Other: Ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems Partner onboarding and enablement experience
