Role overview The Country Manager - Sales (Nepal) will lead sales development, partner ecosystem, and vendor alignment within Nepal to accelerate ICT's footprint in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity markets. Responsibilities Develop Nepal’s annual sales plan and growth strategy Meet revenue, profitability, and channel expansion targets Identify opportunities in enterprise, government, education, and telecom sectors Build and manage a partner network of distributors, VARs, system integrators, and MSPs Conduct partner onboarding, enablement, and quarterly performance reviews Maintain alignment with global vendors and support vendor-led initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns Engage and manage relationships with large enterprise accounts and key stakeholders Job Specification : Must-have 7+ years of sales experience in Nepal’s ICT/technology distribution sector Established network with local distributors and enterprise decision-makers in Nepal (ICT/technology distribution) Strong communication and negotiation skills Market-driven strategic thinking and stakeholder management Relationship building, leadership, and professionalism Preferred Experience with enterprise hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or related IT solutions
